Terms & Conditions — Fahad Creative Studio

Effective Date: 1 March 2026

1. General Terms

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging Fahad Creative Studio, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Payment Terms: 60% advance is required to start the project. The remaining 40% is due after showing the work and before final delivery.
  3. Revisions: Revision options depend on the project type and are communicated before starting the project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  4. Delivery Timeline: Specific timelines are guaranteed before the project begins. Fahad Creative Studio is not responsible if deadlines are missed due to client delays. If the delay is on our side, a 20% refund of the total project cost will be provided.
  5. Cancellations & Refunds: If the client cancels after the project has started, no refund will be given. The 60% advance is retained by Fahad Creative Studio.
  6. Intellectual Property: Ownership of designs, videos, websites, or other deliverables is shared; both parties have rights before and after delivery, except as restricted by third-party tools/licenses.
  7. Liability: Fahad Creative Studio is responsible for the quality and delivery of services. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from content provided by the client or third-party disputes.
  8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any private or sensitive information shared during the project.
  9. International Clients & Jurisdiction:
    • For clients outside Pakistan, disputes will be resolved either through mutual agreement or arbitration.
    • For Pakistani clients, disputes are governed by Pakistan law.
  10. Third-Party Tools & Ads: Fahad Creative Studio is responsible for services involving third-party tools and Meta Ads management.

2. Service-Specific Terms

2.1 Graphic Design
  • Deliverables: logos, banners, posters, social graphics, and branding materials.
  • Revisions: communicated per project before starting.
  • Timeline: as agreed per project scope.
2.2 Video Editing
  • Deliverables: short videos, long-form edits, promotional content, social reels.
  • Revisions: per project agreement.
  • Timeline: based on complexity and client-provided content.
2.3 Website Development
  • Deliverables: fully functional websites, landing pages, and CMS setups (WordPress).
  • Revisions: layout or content changes included; extra features may incur additional cost.
  • Timeline: depends on project size and content delivery from client.
2.4 E-commerce Solutions
  • Deliverables: online stores, product pages, checkout systems, and integrations.
  • Revisions: included in project scope; major functional changes may be additional.
  • Timeline: depends on the number of products, content readiness, and platform used.
2.5 Meta Ads
  • Deliverables: ad campaigns, creatives, and analytics reporting.
  • Revisions: ad creatives can be adjusted as agreed; campaign strategy changes may incur extra charges.
  • Timeline: campaigns are launched as per the agreed schedule.
2.6 Social Media Management
  • Deliverables: content creation, posting schedule, engagement tracking, and reporting.
  • Revisions: content changes included; strategy adjustments may be additional.
  • Timeline: monthly plans are pre-agreed; delays in client approvals may shift schedules.

3. Additional Notes

  • All timelines are dependent on client-provided content. Delays from the client side can affect delivery dates.
  • Fahad Creative Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; changes will be communicated via the website or email.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and content. Fahad Creative Studio is not liable for mistakes due to inaccurate data from the client.
